About Us

William M. Hickman Business & Tax Services was established at our current location in down town Castle Rock, WA in November 1989.  William M. (Mike) Hickman is the sole proprietor. Mike has passed the IRS special enrollment exam twice (1986 and 2002) and is a member of the National Association of Registered Tax Preparers.  He prepares personal (1040), corporation, partnership, fiduciary (estate and trust), and non-profit tax returns. Mike is also a computer consultant, a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor®.

Our payroll specialist is Kimberly Preston (email: kim@wmhickman.com). Kim is a tax preparer and bookkeeper accustomed to working with small businesses.

Also on our staff is our receptionist Debbie Clarke who helps out with bookkeeping.
